Generators

  • No-PCB Analog Controls: Unlike many modern marine gensets that rely on fragile electronic circuit boards (PCBs), Phasor uses a simple, heavy-duty analog control system. If a relay or wire fails, it can be easily troubleshot and bypassed or repaired in remote locations without requiring proprietary diagnostic computers or expensive board replacements.

  • Heavy-Duty Engine Platforms: Phasor builds its generators around ultra-reliable Kubota (for smaller kW ranges) and John Deere (for higher kW applications) diesel engines. Both engine brands have massive global parts networks and proven track records for longevity.

  • Low 1,800 RPM Operation: Operating at a lower, steady 1,800 RPM (for 60Hz power) rather than 3,600 RPM significantly reduces engine wear, operating noise, vibration, and fuel consumption while dramatically extending engine service life.

  • Superior Corrosion Protection & Marine Materials: Units feature high-grade marine components, including a double-pass freshwater heat exchanger, cast stainless steel exhaust elbows, cupro-nickel heat exchanger cores, silicone hoses with stainless AWAB clamps, and an industrial AwlCraft 2000 urethane finish.

  • Mechanic-Friendly Service Features: Basic maintenance is straightforward thanks to spin-on fuel and oil filters, self-bleeding fuel systems, electric fuel transfer pumps, integrated forged-brass oil drain valves, and simple zinc anode access.

  • Automatic Safety Shutdowns: Every unit comes standard with mechanical safety shutdown switches triggered by low oil pressure (<10 PSI), high coolant temperature (>225°F), or high exhaust temperature.
